The Watson Prowler (or Pushing Sled) allows pushing from a variety of different heights and angles.
Sled pushing and pulling is becoming more and more popular as people are beginning to realise the huge benefits that come from this type of training.
The Watson Prowler can be pushed from the rear plate loading posts, one of the two front horizontal bars or pulled with straps, ropes, etc. via one of the 3 front eyes.
The “Scrum” version has all the benefits of the regular Prowler but with the added benefit of a “scrum” shoulder pad attachment.
This attachment is fully adjustable in height and incredibly heavy-duty to take the toughest workouts with ease.
